Electrical Conduit Pipes and Fittings are rigid uPVC conduits with moulded junction boxes, bends, couplers and accessories, used to route and protect wiring in concealed and surface installations. Manufactured to IS 9537 (Part 3) with fittings to IS 3419, the range is supplied in light (LMS), medium (MMS) and heavy (HMS) mechanical stress grades so the conduit can be matched to where it runs — LMS for protected ceiling voids, MMS for general concealed work, HMS where the conduit takes casting load or sits in exposed industrial runs. The material is non-conductive and self-extinguishing, so a fault in the cable cannot energise the conduit or propagate flame along it. It will not rust in damp walls or corrode in coastal and humid conditions, which is the failure that eventually seizes steel conduit and makes rewiring impossible. A smooth bore lets cable be drawn and later re-drawn without abrading insulation, and the full accessory range covers round and rectangular junction boxes, inspection bends, tees, couplers, saddles and cover plates.
DWC HDPE Cable Duct Pipes are double wall corrugated ducts with matching couplers and fittings, used to protect underground power, telecom and fibre cables. Supplied in 40 mm to 120 mm sizes in type 450 (450N) conforming to IS 16025 Part 24, the twin-wall construction pairs a corrugated outer profile for crush resistance with a smooth inner bore for low-friction cable pulling. The duct flexes with ground movement and absorbs backfill and traffic load without collapsing onto the cable inside. Supplied in coils for continuous runs, it lays with far fewer joints than rigid duct and follows road curves and service crossings without fittings. The material does not corrode in aggressive or waterlogged soil, and a pre-installed pull rope lets cable be drawn — and later re-drawn or upgraded — without reopening the trench.
