HDPE Pipes

HDPE Pipes are polyethylene pressure pipes used for potable water mains, irrigation networks, borewell delivery and industrial fluid transfer, joined by butt fusion, electrofusion or compression fittings. Manufactured to IS 4984, the range covers 20 mm to 800 mm in PN 4 to PN 16 pressure classes across PE 80 and PE 100 grades. Supplied in coils up to 110 mm and straight lengths above, the pipe takes long continuous runs with very few joints. It flexes rather than shatters, which is what lets it survive ground movement, excavator strikes and freeze cycles that crack rigid pipe. Fused joints are as strong as the pipe wall and fully end-load resistant, so no thrust blocks are needed at bends. The material does not corrode, scale or support root ingress, and it can be installed by open trench, directional drilling or slip-lining into an existing failed main.
