CPVC Fire Sprinkler Pipes and Fittings are orange CPVC pipes and matching fittings designed for wet-pipe automatic sprinkler systems in residential, commercial and light hazard buildings. Pipes are supplied in ¾″ to 3″ sizes in SDR 13.5 pressure class conforming to IS 16088, UL Listed under CML 7700075512 and ISI marked, with fittings offered across the same ¾″ to 3″ range. The material does not corrode or tuberculate, so the bore stays clear and the water reaches the sprinkler head at full flow decades after commissioning — the failure mode that quietly defeats ageing steel systems. Joints are solvent welded, which removes threading, grooving and hot work from the site programme and allows installation in occupied buildings without a hot work permit. At a fraction of the weight of steel, the pipe is handled by smaller crews, needs lighter hangers and moves faster through a retrofit.
