Quarter-turn wafer butterfly valve for 200 mm (8") water lines — the slim body clamps ('wafers') between two pipe flanges. An epoxy-coated SG-iron disc swings on a two-piece stem and seals against a moulded EPDM/Nitrile liner. Gear-operated with handwheel (larger sizes need the reduction). Face-to-face 60 mm, disc Ø 201.6 mm. Rated PN 1.6 — up to 1.6 MPa working, factory-tested 2.4/1.76 MPa shell/seat; water to 90°C.
