Quarter-turn wafer butterfly valve for 200 mm (8") water lines — the slim body clamps ('wafers') between two pipe flanges. An epoxy-coated SG-iron disc swings on a two-piece stem and seals against a moulded EPDM/Nitrile liner. Gear-operated with handwheel (larger sizes need the reduction). Face-to-face 60 mm, disc Ø 201.6 mm. Rated PN 2.5 — up to 2.5 MPa working, factory-tested 3.75/2.75 MPa shell/seat; water to 90°C.
